Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing VoltFix.pro, scheduling an appointment, or authorizing VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC to perform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Service Terms

  • Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the appliance requiring service.
  • Personal belongings should be removed from the work area before the technician arrives.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and appliance details. VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Diagnostic fees apply regardless of whether a repair is completed unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Payment

  • Residential diagnostic fee: $75 (waived when the recommended repair is approved and completed during the same visit, where applicable).
  • Typical residential labor charges range from $165 to $385, depending on the appliance, diagnosis, and repair complexity.
  • Repairs requiring additional technicians are subject to an additional $85 per hour, per technician.
  • Commercial diagnostic fee: $99.
  • Commercial repairs require a minimum labor charge of $285.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior written arrangements have been made.
  • Returned payments, chargebacks, or late payments may be subject to applicable collection costs, returned payment fees, and interest as permitted by Texas law.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • If the technician arrives and the customer is unavailable, refuses access, or cannot be contacted, a $50 no-show fee may apply.

Warranty

VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC provides:

  • 30-Day Labor Warranty
  • 90-Day Parts Warranty (on parts supplied and installed by VoltFix)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Customer misuse or abuse
  • Power surges or electrical issues
  • Flooding, fire, lightning, or other natural disasters
  • Pest or rodent damage
  • Customer-supplied parts
  • Repairs or modifications performed by another service provider
  • Normal wear and tear unrelated to the completed repair

Warranty coverage applies only to the original repaired issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the original repair service.

VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Food spoilage
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of income
  • Property damage unrelated to the repair
  • Loss of use of the appliance

Refusal of Service

VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Working conditions are unsafe
  • Required access is denied
  • Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior occurs
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Customers fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Any legal action arising from these Terms or services provided by VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

VoltFix Appliance Repair LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on VoltFix.pro, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
