Acceptance of Terms

By visiting voltfix.pro, scheduling a service, or allowing a technician to perform work, you agree to these Terms without change.

Service Terms

  • We require unobstructed access to the appliance. Clients are responsible for removing personal items.
  • You must provide accurate information. We’re not liable for issues arising from incorrect data.

Pricing & Payment

  • Service call fee is $69, waived if you approve repair.
  • Labor fees vary by appliance—most repairs range from $165 to $385.
  • For complex jobs requiring extra technicians, additional fee of $85/hour per tech applies.
  • Commercial repairs: $99 service call, minimum labor $285.
  • Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Late or declined payments may incur additional fees (e.g. returned-check fees or interest).

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without fees.
  • If technician arrives and you’re not present or can’t be reached, a $50 no‑show fee may apply.

Warranty & Liability

  • Covered by a 30-day labor warranty and 90-day parts warranty from service date.
  • Warranty is void if: issue results from misuse, external causes (power surge, flood), customer-supplied parts, or non-VoltFix service.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the original repair. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. spoiled food, business loss).

Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by mutual agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements for non-compliance, unsafe conditions, or disagreement with policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bexar County, TX.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.
